Tax Exemption
When you make your first tax-exempt purchase, you enter your tax exemption certificate number on the Shipping page during Checkout. Then fax your state- or federal government-issued certificate to 630-978-2730 within 72 hours for verification purposes. Be sure to include your order number on your fax.
We will hold your order for up to 72 hours until we receive and verify your certificate. If we do not receive your documentation within 72 hours, we will process and ship your order with the applicable sales tax.
Note: In most cases, you will only need to fax us your tax exemption certificate the first time you place a tax-exempt order. Once that certificate is on file, you may place other tax-exempt orders with no additional steps. A certificate is only valid for items shipping to the specific state for which it was issued. If you are shipping to a different state or to multiple states, you may need to fax us additional documentation.
Individuals from the same organization must each supply a certificate the first time they place an order. That certificate number is attached to each customer's account for application to future orders.
If there is no tax-exempt number listed on your tax-exempt certificate, or if your state does not issue tax-exempt certificates, please fax your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) instead.
Refund/Return Policy:
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• -within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
• -must not be a special order or a custom order
• -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
